We had a great stay at this hotel with excellent room size, tasty buffet breakfast and dinner. We found the staff, including the front desk manager and restaurant staff, to be polite, helpful, and discipline. The play area was small but fun for the kids. The Holi party was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel's location was perfect for our vacation. We loved being close to the bird sanctuary, and the polite staff made us feel welcome. the swimming pool was lovely and provided a refreshing break from the heat.

Inconsistencies with hot water in the bathroom showers made us uncomfortable, and we noticed that some fixtures were in bad shape.

The lack of TAWA for chapattis or paranthas can be disappointing for those seeking traditional Indian cuisine.

During our Xmas getaway, we had a good time at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the tasty dinner and lunch with a variety of options to choose from. The games room on the first floor was a nice touch, with table tennis and snooker table. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, being in close proximity to the bird sanctuary.

The breakfast was not the best. The portions were small and some of the dishes were cold. Also, some fixtures in the bathroom were in poor condition and the shower leaked water. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay for the most part and appreciated the efforts of the staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The manager, Mr. Hanuman Singh, personally attended to our needs, especially as we were traveling with elderly parents. The location of the hotel was also excellent, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. We also appreciated the in-room safe, which provided added security for our valuables.

We highly recommend this place to everyone.
